Frequently Asked Questions

How does Squig pricing work?

We use a credit-based billing system. Each time you use an integration or API through Squig, credits are deducted from your account based on the type and cost of the action performed.

What is a credit and how much does it cost?

A credit represents a unit of usage for Squig's integrations and APIs. The standard cost per credit depends on the pricing tier and credit volume you pick. Credits are used to cover the cost of running different steps and API calls without you needing accounts on those services.

How can I see my credit usage?

You can view your credit usage in multiple places:

  • • In your dashboard
  • • On the bottom of the navigation menu
  • • In the integration listing, a column shows credits used for each period.
  • • In the integration view, credits are displayed next to the number of runs.
  • • In the execution log, you can see the credit cost for each step.

What happens if I exceed my monthly credit limit?

If you use more credits than your plan includes, you'll be charged for overages at 25% over your plan's credit rate specified for your tier. You can also increase or decrease your credit volume in your plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time for immediate access to more credits and features. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You can change billing cycle (monthly or annual), credit volume or price tier.

Do credits roll over month to month?

No, credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over. If you need more credits, you can purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan.
